Field Service Technician I – Riviera Beach

JOB DESCRIPTION
Air Compressor Works is seeking both an experienced and entry level technician, specializing in servicing and troubleshooting all makes of rotary and reciprocating air compressors. We offer competitive pay based on experience along with benefits. Opportunity for advancement is available to the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on a wide variety of compressors, refrigerated dryers, vacuum pumps, blowers and etc.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Performs related work as required and requested, as the duties are only illustrative and are not intended to describe every function of the position to be performed by the classification
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using hand tools and computer relative to current technology
- Can carry/lift/set up 75lb-80lb ladder while carrying 25 lbs in tools and equipment's multiple times a day
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Comfortable regularly working in confined spaces, and working aloft at heights that exceed 20 feet in inclement weather
- Knowledge of Kaeser, Gardner Denver and Ingersoll Rand helpful
- Valid FL driver's license REQUIRED / clean driving record
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- MUST pass pre-employment check: drug test and background check
- Minimum of high school or GED or equivalent required

With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Compressor Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair on air compressors and related equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with air compressors, dryers, blowers, vacuum systems and other ancillary systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
- Provides exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and customer service skills
- PC literate with general Microsoft products
- Must be able to speak and write in English; bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Must have secure parking for company vehicle
- Valid FL driver's license / clean driving record
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- MUST pass pre-employment check: drug test and background check
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- 1 -3 years of Mechanical experience
- Must have own basic hand tools
- OSHA 10 or able to obtain in 60 days
- Understand electricity, difference between low and high voltage
- Knowledge of piping (sizes, types, uses)

- OSHA 10 or able to obtain in 30 days
- Medical Gas Certification 6040
- Self-motivated, resourceful and can work independently

Outside Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales from existing accounts and obtaining new customers. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calls and prospecting while managing an existing book of accounts within your assigned territory. You will focus on delivering sustainable and profitable sales channels across various industries, including medical, manufacturing, automotive service, pharmaceuticals, and aviation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and source potential customers in your designated sales territory.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service contracts to potential and existing customers.
- Effectively manage your time and territory to achieve maximum results.
- Demonstrate and educate clients, including engineers and architects, on products and services.
- Engineer and implement effective air compressor solutions for various industrial markets.
- Communicate effectively with support staff and department managers to resolve conflicts and address customer service issues.
- Record activities in Salesforce, providing detailed account information and activity reporting.
- Attend scheduled team meetings and participate in ongoing training for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with air compressors or industrial equipment is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Strong knowledge of sales, business development, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to understand the mechanics of industrial equipment systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing a sales territory and achieving sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
